Product Pipeline Overview
Syntaxin is pursuing a number of therapeutic targets in relation to neurological, endocrine and proliferative (oncology) disorders using its proprietary Targeted Secretion Inhibitor (TSI) technology. In partnership with Allergan we work on pain and have a clinical candidate in development. Syntaxin has identified lead candidates demonstrating efficacy in relevant models and is undertaking pre-clinical development of these candidates to enable early clinical proof of concept in other diseases.
Syntaxin are pioneering novel biopharmaceutical proteins (TSIs) to inhibit secretion and treat chronic disorders.
Our lead candidate in the field of pain has completed Phase I with our partner Allergan Inc.
