Product Pipeline Overview
Syntaxin is pursuing a number of biopharmaceutical therapeutic targets using its proprietary retargeted clostridial endopeptidase technology in relation to inflammation and endocrine cancers. In partnership with Allergan we also work on a pain and other nerve disorders. Syntaxin has identified lead candidates demonstrating efficacy in relevant animal models and is undertaking pre-clinical development of these candidates to enable early clinical proof of concept.
